Do you ship worldwide?
Order Fulfillment and Shipping Process
When your payment is successfully processed, we will receive your order for fulfillment. It normally takes about 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order and some product(s) may take longer especially around peak seasons and holidays. In case the product(s) is/are popular and fall in the stock availability due to a surge in demand, then the order will be shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock is replenished.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Depending on your region in the country, the estimated delivery time is in calendar days as below. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.
We offer the following standard delivery estimates for your reference.
- United States: 3-5+ days. Alaska and Hawaii may take about 1 week.
- Canada: 4-10+ days
- United Kingdom: 5-11+ days
- Australia: 7-13+ days
- Europe: 7-21+ days
- Asia: 4~8+ days

2 Day Express Shipping
2-Day Express Shipping enables you to receive your order faster than the standard shipping within continental US only, except for remote areas/islands, military addresses, and PO boxes.
Your order will be fulfilled the same business day as long as the information is imported to the fulfillment center before 12pm, local time. If an order is imported after 12pm, local time, it will be fulfilled by the next day. Your order will be delivered within 2 business days after the carrier picks up your parcel(s) after the fulfillment.
An order will be considered on time if there is an attempted delivery within 2 business days after it’s shipped to the carrier taking account of the notice as below.
Notice: Uncontrollable factors such as Force Majeure(storm, hurricane, adverse weather, earthquake, war, other natural disasters), sudden notice by carrier, labor strike, system downtime, etc. will incur delays with an additional number of uncertain business days.

Q: Are weekends included?
A: We only use business days when calculating 2-day estimates since carriers only pick up on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Q: Which carriers and services are used for 2-Day Express Shipping?
A: We use a mix of carrier partners such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, OnTrac, and many others to support 2-Day Express Shipping.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately and If the order has already been processed by our operation team, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
* We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong or incomplete address indicated in the check-out form. If you require us to reship your package as another shipment, extra cost for processing and shipping will be charged to you.

Can I ship to more than one address?
Orders can be shipped to one address only. If you would like to have products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Can I ship my order to another recipient?
Yes, you can ship your order to another recipient by entering the corresponding address.
What kind of cost will be charged for shipping other than order price?
Based on the recipient address, shipment cost may be subject to duties, import taxes, local tax, other fees such as customs clearance. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

How can I deal with the lost/stolen/damaged package?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please reach out to your local post for reporting and support@depology.com so that we can assist you.
Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing the lost, stolen or damaged. We may not be able to support your claim if it is not reported.
