Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping Process
We start working on your order immediately, ff you need an amendment to an order (like address changes)- we recommend contacting our customer support immediately but we cannot guarantee the order can be amended after the order has been placed.
We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We require between 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order and some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 5 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.
Delivery Estimations
Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is as below (Business days). Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.
We offer the following delivery estimates, by country, for your reference.
- United States: $9.99 | 3-5+ days. Alaska and Hawaii may take 1 week.

While we will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, depology.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. and these interruptions can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING FAQ
Can I ship to more than one address?
Orders can be shipped to one address only. If you would like to have products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Can I ship my order to another recipient?
Yes. You can ship your order to any address you enter. You will receive an email with the order details after the purchase, while your recipient will receive the package.
Custom Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Depology.com has no control over these charges, nor can Depology.com predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Dēpology is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your local post.
Once you have submitted a lost/stolen claim, please forward it to support@depology.com so that we can assist you further.
Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
**Dēpology is not liable for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong or incomplete address indicated in the form. If you entered the wrong address on our order form, we could reship your package for additional shipping and handling charges equal to your original order.
