We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date the order is delivered to request a return.

We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in pristine condition. This entails them being unopened, unused, and with any seals unbroken. Additionally, you must have the order receipt or proof of purchase available. You will be responsible for your shipping costs and return processing fee when returning your item.

Customers are encouraged to monitor the location of returned packages. In the event of no tracking updates or apparent loss during transit, we recommend contacting the courier for further assistance.

The refund will be processed as soon as your item has been confirmed to be accepted and inspected at our warehouse. The estimated return turnaround is 7-10 business days from arrival in our warehouse.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
